Courses designed to serve as avenues of credit for those students majoring in chemistry who have obtained industrial or university research experience. Exposure should be either with an industrial firm or through a funded undergraduate research program at an ACS-approved department of chemistry in universities other than Southern University. Final grade is granted upon submission of a written report and an oral seminar report to the students and faculty of the Department of Chemistry of Southern University. Prerequisite: Permission of the department.
