2355 Basic Brass
Fundamentals of playing brass orchestral instruments (trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, tuba) with attention to elementary and secondary school teaching techniques and materials. Two instruments will be studied each quarter. Prerequisite: Music major; others by consent of instructor. May be repeated once for credit, for a maximum of 2 units. Two hours activity.
