This course will review major theories of organization and management with particular focus on public and tax exempt institutions. It will cover classic human relations and group theory, systems analysis, management by objectives, motviation, total quality management, corporate culture and strategic planning. In each case applications wil be bdirected to formal and infromal edcuational settings.
