Prereq: PE 461* and PE 467* This course will offer students an opportunity to learn about pathological factors that are involved in general medical conditions that affect athletes and performance. Use of prescription and over-the-counter medications by the sports medicine professionals in treating a wide variety of conditions will also be presented. This course is intended to build upon a sound knowledge of exercise physiology and injury/illness conditions.
