Prereq: FSID 265* This course is developed to build upon the students current understand of technology relevant to the field of interior design. Through the use of advanced skills the student will be able to learn current software and apply that knowledge directly into a design situation. Technology constantly will update and create new opportunities for the interior designer. This course is developed to be able to build and maintain the students ability to operate and understand the most current tools available, engaging the student in a process of life-long learning. Each semester the projects may range from commercial to residential. Students will complete this course with an advanced proficiency in 2D and mainly 3D computer software including but not limited to Revit and SketchUp. Other technologies may be considered as technologies update and change.
