Prereq: permission of instructor must be obtained for enrollment and at least 16 hours of biology including grade level of "C" or better in BIOL 375* An in-depth discussion of current topics in biology. Guest speakers, faculty and students will give presentations weekly. Some presentations will consist of the students reading an assigned paper followed by an oral presentation of its contents. Student participants are expected to read all journal articles presented, whether they are presenting or not. Two hours credit required for a major or endorsement. Fee required. Offered Fall and Spring.
