Prereq: ART 346B* Cast Metals. This course will focus on the lost wax process of casting metal sculpture. Bronze and aluminum are most commonly used, however, pewter, silver, gold and other castable metals may be used for small sculpture concepts. The sand casting process will also be introduced. Creative original concepts and good craftsmanship are stressed. (Materials fee of $100.00)
