This course will investigate how a variety of organizations (private, public, and nonprofit) use electronic commerce applications to reach their organizational goals. These applications will illustrate consumer-to-business, business-to-business, and intraorganizational electronic commerce in physical as well as digital products and services. The course will highlight the different business models underlying these electronic commerce applications and will discuss them from both an operational and strategic perspective.
