Spanish or Latin American culture or history course designed for advanced students. Will focus on a specific country/area, historic era, artistic movement, or historic figure. For example: The Spanish Civil War, The Mexican Revolution, Contemporary Spain, The Three Religions of Spain, The Art of the Civil War, Women during the Franco Era, etc. This course can be repeated for up to nine hours of credit under different topics. Prerequisite: SPA-238 or SPA-347 or have prior departmental approval.
