This course seeks to provide students with practical insights into areas of urban and rural development practice. It approaches development from a decidedly transformational and Christian perspective. Allowing flexibility for either an urban or rural slant, it attempts to place holistic development practices squarely within the context of the relationship between churches/church organizations and the world in which they are called to serve.
