Emphasis on learning techniques and solving problems in the sciences and social sciences that are naturally suited to Matlab, such as the manipulation, transformation and display of large data sets, interactive graphics, computational modeling and user-interface design. Prerequisite, two courses in psychology or permission of instructor. Evaluated Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory. One-quarter course credit. May not be counted toward the concentration.
