Explores the influence of culture on our own and others’ communication processes. Students examine how culture shapes world views, affecting and creating obstacles to communication. This class will exercise theory through primary communication actions with individuals from divers international cultures as well as domestic co-cultures. Prerequisite(s): Eligibility for ENGL 101: English Composition I.
