Includes methods and devices for starting, braking, and controlling speed, voltage, and acceleration. Power distribution and transmission discussed, including primary substation and feeders, transformer primary switch gear and low voltage feeder protection, fault current calculations and wiring methods as applied to substation distribution and transmission lines. Prerequisite(s): ELET 102.
