Introduction to the theory and practical skills needed to restore a vehicle to original equipment manufacturers' (OEM) specifications. Study includes the use of today's technologies in durability and preservation in conjunction with era-specific authenticity from the 1900s through 1972, with attention to the history of designs, styles, and trends. Processes used when restoring a vehicle will be in accordance to era-specific options. Additional study includes the requirements for safe highway vehicle operation under Pennsylvania inspection codes.
