Under faculty supervision, students from any discipline gain experience with local, state, national, and international government offices or other politically related organizations. A thorough report and research paper are submitted at the end of the semester. Completion of 6 hours of political science, normally a 2.90 grade point average, and prior department approval of the student’s plan are required. May be taken on a Pass/Fail basis only and must be taken concurrently with 280b or 280c. These hours may not be included in the minimum hours required in the political science major. Corequisite: 280b and/or 280c.
