Topics will include packaging architectures, component and subcomponent design (i.e. chip packaging technologies, printed circuit boards, interconnections and connectors, etc.), thermal management techniques, thermomechanical analysis and design, design for dynamic environments, and design techniques for humid and/or corrosive environments.
