This course covers policies and practical applications of facility management and operations with special emphasis on effective designing, planning, operating, maintaining of the sport/athletic facility. Such topics as private and public funding sources for venue construction, master plan, concessions and merchandising, booking, scheduling, and security issues surrounding sport/athletic facilities will also be covered.
