Topics include assessing industry attractiveness, environment analysis, market segmentation, demand forecasting, product development, operations, financial analysis, control mechanisms, contingency planning, and implementation strategies. The preparation of a business plan is also a required component of the course as well as weekly written assignments. This course may be used to satisfy three credits of Integrative courses. Fall.
