University-directed experience in a professional employment setting appropriate to the student's professional objectives. The supervising instructor, based on the Internship Contract, monitors the Internship. Approval of the Senior Associate Dean is required prior to course registration. The Internship Contract must be on file with the Office of Student Records. STARTING IN FALL 2001, THIS NUMBER IS TO BE USED FOR THREE CREDITS ONLY. The report and course requirements should be substantial, with significantly more required than the 1 credit internship. It should count as an open elective in the student's academic program.
