This course provides an understanding of the way in which anthropological methods and knowledge can assist in solving human problems. Reviews the subfields of applied anthropology, the major forms of anthropological intervention and methodologies used in policy science, and ethical guidelines for practitioners. Mini-internships in local agencies will be incorporated as part of the course.
