Management and Employee Communications is designed to provide communication strategies applied in the supervisory and management roles and responsibilities in today's rapidly changing workplace environments. Topics include development of speaking, listening, and writing skills for managers/supervisors, consistent with good human relations, leadership, and problem solving principles. The course content emphasizes memos and letters, reports, career communications, oral communication, global and multicultural issues, legal and ethical situations, and communication technology.
