This short review course provides basic instruction in the most common types of writing in the business world: letters, memos, and reports. In addition to the more traditional forms, newer variations of these are covered. At work, it is the writer's job to deliver information in a clear, concise format. Take this course to learn how to communicate effectively on paper for the workplace. (Not Applicable to A.A. Degree.) Pass/No Pass only. This course does not work well on a Mac computer. If you have access only to a Mac, do not register for ENGL C001-010.
