This course covers the Cisco ASA and PIX security appliances, IPS, and VPN Adaptive Security Appliance. Students will learn to design and evaluate such features as access control, IP routing, virtual firewalls, transparent firewalls, and how to install the ASA and PIX security hardware. ADVISORY: CCNA or equivalent. This course may be taken four times. Graded or Pass/No Pass option.
