Using OUTLOOK 2010, compose and send e-mail messages; format message content by using character and paragraph formatting; use graphic elements such as charts and tables; and create contact records, tasks, and appointments from incoming messages. Create contact groups, schedule meetings, and share schedules to facilitate communication with other Outlook users. This course covers the skills needed to prepare for the OUTLOOK 2010 Core Microsoft Office Specialist Exam (MOS). This course may be taken four times when new products, new software versions or features are taught. Advisory: Proper keyboarding and basic computer skills are suggested.
