The course is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of how to manage businesses spanning across countries. It includes examination of the challenges that result from diverse business environments of different countries, analyzing various aspects of strategy and organization of multinational firms, as well as discussion of effective managerial behavioral issues in multinational corporations. A basic knowledge of fundamental management principles is desirable for this class. Prerequisite: MGMT 100, juniors or seniors only
