Today Taiwan has many of its own specific customs and cultures. This course focuses on the current customs and cultures in Taiwan, such as Taiwanese traditional arts, religions, and sports. Trips will be arranged for students weekly with an orientation before each trip. After each trip, students are required to write an essay in Chinese. A group project will also be required. Through these cultural activities students can explore various Taiwanese cultures and environments.
