This course teaches students about the art and techniques of digital cinematography. Topics are: the use of studio and remote digital video cameras; lighting for digital cinemtography; camera movement, camera angles, continuity, and composition; interpreting a director''s vision; and digital workflow. Throughout the course, the history and art of cinematography is explored through screenings, text and other analyses.
