This course is a structured review of real estate law with emphasis on leases, landlord-tenant relations, appraisals, the law of agency, the License Act and Regulations, and other state and municipal laws and regulations. Students must complete this course and REA-101 in same or consecutive semesters to qualify as a candidate for the New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's Examination which must be taken within one year after completion of this course.
