This course is a study of the laws that govern labor unions and of labormanagement relations, union organizing, collective bargaining, contract enforcement, job security and opportunities, working conditions, union members' rights, and labor-management disputes. Emphasis is placed on understanding the National Labor Relations Act and its amendments, the National Labor Relations Board, and Supreme Court decisions relevant to labor law.
