This course focuses on the latest advances in networking theory and administration. Students study topics that are of current relevance within this dynamic and fast-growing field. As the topics will change each semester, emphasis will be on identifying changes in networking standards and protocols; media, architecture and hardware; network security; shifts in vendor product and market share; and future technologies.
