This course introduces the student to the selection, proper use, maintenance and repair of power tools that are used in the lawn and tree care industries. Lecture topics will focus on the necessary information needed to make purchasing decisions as well as safety and proper use practices. The lab section provides the student with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting engine problems and a variety of repair options.
