This course is an introduction to programming techniques using the QBASIC language. Students learn how to develop programs for various applications, and they obtain extensive hands-on experience in the operation and use of a microcomputer. The course is intended for students in the liberal arts and sciences. Students with prior programming experience should take CIS-266 Computer Programming: Visual BASIC.
