Prerequisite: EDL 760 Corequisite: EDL 762 Todays superintendent is the C.E.O. of a complex and dynamic organization. The emphasis in this course is to identify, internalize, and examine the many aspects and demands of the position. Candidates will learn about the many components of school district administration with special emphasis on vision-building, quality control, communications, organizational structure, and board of education relationships and development.
