Corequisite: FRSC 250L Forensic science investigation is a multifaceted approach in explaining death investigation, violent crimes, white-collar and cyber crimes. This course covers the functions of scientists, agents from law enforcement, prosecuting and defense attorneys, judges and the media in criminal apprehension and prosecution. Ethical proprieties are the backbone of conducting and implementing applications in the forensic science discipline. Detection, collection and maintaining the integrity of the crime scene are covered as practical applications to criminal and legal methodologies of criminal investigations.
