Learn to develop effective curriculum for English language learners in bilingual or mulilingual classrooms from primary grades to adult learners. Based on current theories and practices, this course familiarizes participants with curriculum development strategies that support English language learners' literacy development in English - listening, speaking, reading and writing for social and academic purposes -- as well as supporting their achievement in content areas.
