Field work placement in the special field of prospective employment. With the guidance of experienced agency supervisors, students carry increasing responsibility for program planning and coordination with other agencies, and whenever possible, experience with the change-making process in agency and community. Routine supervision of less experienced agency employees. In conjunction with this course, the student must take and pass HUM 202 Human Service Systems. Open only to students in HUM 202. Nine field hours per week. Prerequisite: HUM 211 with a grade of C- or better. 2 Credits.
