An in-depth examination of a theme based on a multidisciplinary blend of related issues. Participants are required to read extensive background material and to write an interpretive essay developing the theme or related topic. General elective credit. Three class hours. With permission of advisor, may be substituted for literature, humanities or social science elective. (SUNY-H) Prerequisite: Permission of Coordinator of Honors Studies. 3 Credits.
