Examines current issues and trends in the education of individuals whose disability is manifested in 2% or less of the general population. Topics will be introduced with some discussion. Students will respond by writing a position paper on an issue of their choice related to the topic. The course will in addition focus on research issues with law prevalence exceptionalities: students will lead discussions in their area of research interest.
