Organizational behavior refers to the human relations dynamics occuring between individuals and groups within the context of an organizational setting and to how those interactions contribute to or detract from the productivity of an organization. IN this course, attention will be given to the topica of motivation, communication, teamwork/group dynamics, managerial styles, decision-making, conflict resolution, and ethics. (Prerequisite: MB 502)
