Assists students in developing skills of reflection through self-appraisal, professinal development planning, and personal assessment. Students will address real work problems and personal experience as a context for applying knowledge and develop arguments, solve problems and construct explanations. The seminar will also help students begin preparation for their culminating experience and oral presentation in the CAGS program.
