Prerequisite: MGMT 200This course involves the study of organizational behavior in thecontext of understanding multicultural and international influenceson those behaviors. A goal of the course is to develop an increasedself-awareness of our cultural conditioning, individual biases andassumptions, and to understand the implications that have on ourbusiness interactions with people who are different from us. Studentswill acquire some basic knowledge and skills needed to managementeffectively in other cultures, and well as familiarity with the typesof situations and issues managers often confront when workinginternationally.
