Includes the study of injuries to persons, property,and relationships; intentional wrongs such as defamation, infliction ofemotional distress and invasion of privacy, negligence in personal andprofessional settings (such as malpractice) and strict liability. Conceptsin tort reform, insurance, defenses to tort actions, and "personalinjury" trial practice will also be addressed.
