Subjects addressed include planning history, public policy,legislation, funding, comprehensive plans, zoning, historic districts,design guidelines, easements, Main Street programs, transportation,homeownership, smart growth, and new urbanism. Students cannotreceive credit for both HP 302 and HP 502.
