Introduces the communication process as related to health care organizational settings. An emphasis will be placed on the examination of interpersonal interjection of dyads and groups. Also focuses on listening skills, decision making and conflict resolution processes in profit and nonprofit health care systems. Exploration of the practices, skills and tools necessary to focus on the leader as the communication champion. Prerequisite: HCL 105.
