Prerequisite: IST 221 or IST 305. This course aims to provide an overall view of business processes. A business process can be thought of as a series of steps taken by a business to get activities done. Students, after completing this course will understand how to design business processes and optimize such designs. Simulation tools will be used to chart business processes.
