Prerequisites: Permission of instructor, departmental approval. This course involves specially arranged projects or supervised experiences for non-native speakers in Spanish conducted in the university and in the community. Examples include special work in the Instructional Media Services laboratory. Or participation in a Spanish-language play, and a study or service project involving fieldwork in one of the Spanish communities. Projects arranged between individual students and instructors; title of the project will appear on the student's transcript. The course is available on S/U basis only. It may be repeated for credit with change of topic.
