This course introduces PreVeterinary track students to the scope of the veterinary profession and to current issues affecting veterinary professionals. The course will help students gain an understanding of the professional requirements for veterinary school applications. Students will be expected to discuss current animal and public health issues as well as areas of national shortage int eh veterinary profession. One Saturday at the NCSU vet school Open House is required (first Saturday in April). Sophomore standing is required.
