This course is the culminating experience of the Early Childhood Special Education Teacher Education Program. Candidates are placed in a classroom with an experienced cooperating teacher. Outcome: In addition to their planning and teaching responsibilities, student teachers also are expected to reflect on their experience, develop their planning and instructional skills, and compile a teaching portfolio.
