This course provides an overview of the economic basis of and trends and issues relevant to Quality Systems Management in Education. The course examines compliance models and criteria models for quality systems. Concentration will be on ISO 9000:2000 series model requirements with specific emphasis on internal audits, documentation, implementation and registration. Restricted to Workforce Education and Development majors or consent of department.
