Description:
This studio and lecture course is an introduction to the Industrial Design process. The first half features basic ID theory and practice via a series of introductory design process assignments. The second half contains increasingly complex assignments. All will utilize 2D and 3D techniques that will include the use of shop equipment and various materials. Portfolio review at course end. Prerequisites: C or better in AD 100A and AD 100B. Lab fee: $100.
